About me
A third-year undergrad student at UVA, Vanessa is from Woodbridge, Virginia and proudly majors in Global Public Health and minors in Health and Well-being. She is a Posse Scholar and first-generation student, so is deeply passionate about using policy and education to advocate for educational and health equity in disempowered communities. She has a heart for service and gladly tutors elementary schoolers and mentors students who may look up to her.
When she's not working, in class, or participating in her other involvements, she can be found baking, cooking, spending time with loved ones, and reading.
