Thomas Rogers is the co-founder and President of SkillBit (formerly MetaCTF), a skill assessment and development platform built to help corporate cybersecurity teams measure, grow, and retain top talent. With over a decade of experience in technology, Thomas has worked at the intersection of business strategy and technical execution, helping organizations translate complex goals into practical outcomes.
Prior to SkillBit, Thomas spent three years at Workday, partnering closely with IT, HR, and Finance leaders to understand their initiatives and identify solutions through technology. That experience shaped his focus on aligning people, process, and tools to drive measurable impact, especially in high-stakes security environments.
Thomas is also the host of the ‘Cyber Talent Series’ podcast, where he interviews leaders across the industry to explore what it takes to build world-class cyber teams, develop talent, and stay ahead in a rapidly evolving threat landscape.
