Rahul Bhandari is a Distinguished Senior Lecturer in AI Strategy at the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business and Affiliated Faculty at the Darden AI Institute, where he teaches Strategy in the Digital Age. His work focuses on how leaders can harness artificial intelligence not just for performance, but for human flourishing, reimagining organizations as systems that elevate both capability and meaning.
