Psalms Morales is a double Hoo, holding a B.A. in Gender Studies and completing an MBA at the Darden School of Business. A former Bain consultant and nonprofit executive, Psalms brings a rare combination of analytical rigor and community-rooted leadership to everything they build.
As Executive Director of First Choice in Washington, DC, Psalms developed an original pedagogical approach to anti-recidivism, one grounded in participants' capacity to envision their own futures, delivered through a workforce development fellowship for returning citizens.
Psalms is now the founder of Busco, an active events and marketing platform reimagining how communities, businesses, and students gather. Beyond its product innovation, Busco is an economic engine: over 1,500 puestos (vendor stands) in Mexico City have established their first (ever) digital presence through the platform.
Psalms is driven by a belief that technology's greatest potential lies in the hands of community entrepreneurs and economic empowerment for all community members.
