About me
Olivia Cleary is the founder of The Clearly Collective, a white-label design studio redefining the corporate gifting landscape through meaning-driven, bespoke design. Recognized on the Forbes 30 Under 30 list and selected as a Tory Burch Fellow, Olivia has quickly established herself as a leading voice in a new category of luxury: one rooted not in logos, but in storytelling, craft, and emotional resonance.
A graduate of the University of Virginia’s School of Architecture and the Darden iLab, Olivia approaches design with an architectural lens, translating the essence of a place, brand, or community into tangible objects. She began her company designing collegiate silk scarves for friends, capturing the identity and heritage of universities through intricate, narrative-rich compositions. What started as a niche concept quickly gained traction, as institutions and organizations saw the opportunity to move beyond traditional branded merchandise toward something more elevated and intentional.
As demand grew, so did the scope of her work. Today, The Clearly Collective operates as a multi-product, international design studio, partnering with leading brands including McLaren, JPMorgan, and the U.S. Olympics. Olivia and her team specialize in creating custom, white-label products that embody the spirit of a client’s brand or destination, transforming corporate identity into refined, creative, physical design.
Entirely bootstrapped, Olivia has built The Clearly Collective from the ground up, scaling it into a globally recognized studio while maintaining a deeply personal, founder-led approach. Her work sits at the intersection of art, strategy, and storytelling, offering clients not just a product, but a lasting expression of who they are.
