About me
Norman Dill served on the Albemarle County Board of Supervisors from 2016 to 2020. During his many years in Charlottesville, he owned several local businesses, including Rebecca’s Natural Food and co-owned Harlowe-Powell Auction Gallery.
In 2020, Norman was diagnosed with posterior cortical atrophy, a rare form of Alzheimer’s disease. Since then, he has been living with increasing visual impairment and memory loss, adjusting as the disease progresses, while remaining focused on staying positive and finding ways to help others.
