Michael Beiro is the Founder and CEO of Linebird, an Ashland-based technology company redefining the future of work on the grid. Linebird's flagship innovation, the Osprey NPS, enables utilities to perform critical live-line work—from diagnostics to emergency restoration—using drone-agnostic systems that augment workers and improve safety. After developing the core technology as an engineering student at VCU, Michael founded Linebird to bridge the gap between unmanned systems and essential infrastructure work. He leads the company with a focus on delivering results-driven solutions that prioritize Virginia’s grid resilience and workforce empowerment.
