About me
Mary Katherine “MK” King is a Charlottesville native, Associate Broker, and longtime advocate for housing access and community well-being. A UVA alumna with a degree in Civil Engineering, MK brings both technical expertise and deep local insight to her work in real estate and community leadership. She has served the Charlottesville region in a variety of roles spanning residential construction, community association management, and real estate sales. MK currently serves as Chair of the CAAR Foundation Board, is an Albemarle Planning Commissioner, and a member of the Region Ten community services board. She is deeply passionate about expanding access to affordable housing and supporting mental health services in the greater Charlottesville Area.
