About me
Lilie Puck-Karam is the Executive Director of BAPS at the University of Virginia, a student-led consulting organization that applies systems thinking to help nonprofits and community organizations solve real operational challenges. BAPS has grown to over 450 members, secured nearly $10,000 in grant funding, and completed 30+ projects across 15+ clients, including MD Ortho, the Gordie Center, SWAP UVA, the Virginia Discovery Museum, and Madison House. She focuses on building teams that translate technical and analytical thinking into practical, high-impact solutions.
Lilie is a Rodman Scholar studying Systems Engineering with a minor in Business at UVA. She has experience across consulting, finance, and product-focused work, and will be joining Dimensional Fund Advisors as a Portfolio Management Intern in Austin this summer.
