Kristen Duckett is the Chief Human Resources Officer at WorldStrides, where she leads the strategic direction of the company’s people agenda, ensuring that talent is a driving force behind business success. With more than 20 years of HR leadership experience, Kristen has shaped high-performing HR functions at organizations including Capital One, Hilton, Fannie Mae, and, most recently, a high-growth tech startup.
The daughter of lifelong educators, Kristen deeply understands the transformative power of continuous learning and new experiences. This perspective fuels her passion for attracting, developing, and rewarding the talent that brings WorldStrides’ mission to life. She is a champion of the employee experience and a strong advocate for building a high-performance culture. Kristen works closely with executive leadership to cultivate a workplace where people feel valued, empowered, and inspired to do their best work.
Kristen lives in Clifton, Virginia, with her husband and their three daughters. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Pennsylvania and is actively involved in her community through her work with the National Charity League, a mother-daughter philanthropy organization.
