About me
Lakeshia Washington is the Associate Director of Special Partnerships & Regional Engagement at Habitat for Humanity of Greater Charlottesville. She leads the Pathways to Housing program and supports regional housing initiatives. With degrees in psychology and forensic psychology, she brings 16 years of experience in mental health, including work with adults with intellectual disabilities and early childhood intervention. Lakeshia is passionate about community service and advocating for mental health. Her work focuses on improving access to resources and addressing systemic challenges, which fuels her commitment to advancing housing solutions in her community.
