About me
Kendall Sano is a student at the University of Virginia and the current Co-President of Delta Sigma Pi, where he helps lead a chapter of over 150 members. In this role, he has driven initiatives focused on professional development, alumni engagement, and organizational leadership, strengthening member outcomes and expanding the chapter’s network. Academically, Kendall is pursuing a dual degree in Biomedical Engineering and Financial Economics, combining technical depth with business insight. He previously attended Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology, where he built a strong foundation in STEM through advanced coursework in machine learning, quantum computing, and nanochemistry.
Beyond the classroom, Kendall is actively involved in the Virginia Undergraduate Real Estate Club and works with UVA’s Office of Organizational Excellence, contributing to projects focused on operational effectiveness and institutional improvement. His experience spans research, entrepreneurship, and professional environments: he was part of a gold medal–winning iGEM team in 2023 and won UVA’s E-Cup entrepreneurship concept competition in 2022. He has also gained industry experience with BDO in its Government Contracts practice, exploring advisory work at the intersection of the public and private sectors. An Eagle Scout, Kendall brings a longstanding commitment to leadership and service. At the summit, he is excited to connect with peers on leadership development, organizational strategy, and career pathways in business while building meaningful, lasting relationships.
