About me
Eboni Bugg is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker committed to helping communities engage in radical imagining towards liberation. She received an undergraduate degree in Biology from the University of Virginia, and holds a Master’s in Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University. She is currently the Director of Community Investment at the Charlottesville Area Community Foundation where she leads and oversees community investment strategies, including grantmaking, local impact investing, and non-monetary resourcing and capacity building to ensure activities align with the Foundation’s mission and values while responding to community data and needs across the region.
