As Resilience Coordinator, Caitlin works closely with stakeholders at the local, state, and federal levels to support collaboration, information-sharing, and informed decision-making.
Prior to this role, Caitlin led the Virginia Department of Forestry’s Watershed Program. Caitlin also oversaw the Virginia Security Corridor Sentinel Landscapes Program, which protects military installations from encroachment, flooding, and other hazards. Before working for DOF, Caitlin served as the 4-H Extension Agent and Unit Coordinator in Arlington County. Caitlin holds an MPA from Virginia Tech and a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Science and Hispanic Studies from the College of William and Mary.
