Andrew Tsintsiruk is the Founder and CEO of Rohic Inc., an AI-native multi-agent orchestration platform that turns deep research and agent workflows into measurable go-to-market execution. Rohic deploys specialized AI agents to analyze sales pipelines, run market and deal-strategy research, and generate tailored outreach and proposals - coordinated through a unified multi-agent GTM system.
Andrew is a product and technology leader with deep expertise in applied AI, software development, and data-driven product strategy. Previously, as VP of Product Development at venture-backed Tout Audio (Palo Alto, CA), he led a multidisciplinary team building an IoT platform for advertising campaign management and in-store retail analytics. He also founded Data Strategy Lab LLC, delivering custom software and data science solutions that secured six-figure contracts, and led ML initiatives including predictive modeling for electrical grid demand using IoT sensor data. Andrew is also a mentor and AI instructor at the AI Upskilling Lab, where he teaches workshops on Prompt Engineering, AI prototyping, and human-centered AI transformation. He holds an M.A. in Philosophy from Boston College and certifications in AWS, Agile ScrumMaster, and Data Science from Johns Hopkins University.
