Amy Frazier is a passionate community leader serving as President and CEO of the Culpeper Chamber of Commerce. Dedicated to strengthening the local business climate, she focuses on building meaningful connections, supporting entrepreneurs, and advancing initiatives that drive economic growth and community prosperity.
Previously, Amy served as the Chamber’s Director of Programming & Operations, where she led the planning and execution of major events including legislative conferences, vendor expos, networking programs, and signature awards celebrations. Her strategic leadership in marketing, sponsorship development, financial management, and member engagement contributed to significant organizational growth and expanded community partnerships.Prior to joining the Chamber, Amy was the General Manager of Narmada Winery, overseeing operations, financial reporting, and large-scale events. Her experience in both nonprofit and private-sector leadership sharpened her ability to align vision with execution, manage complex initiatives, and cultivate strong stakeholder relationships.
Amy holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies with a minor in Tourism and Events Management from George Mason University. She actively serves on the Career Partners Board of Directors, the Culpeper Economic Development Advisory Committee, and the Culpeper Harvest Days Farm Tour Planning Committee. She also chairs the Public Transportation Board and is a certified Dementia Friend and commissioned Notary Public in Virginia.
