Ace Callwood is a Director at Envoy, a firm specializing in negotiation, mediation, and partnership building for organizations across the globe. Combining his role as the firm’s lead mediator with his background in tech entrepreneurship, Ace works at the intersection of digital and human to guide solutions for some of the world’s intractable issues. He teaches leadership skills in trust-building and conflict navigation, and helps high-performing teams navigate hard conversations and make difficult decisions together. When not on the road, Ace calls Richmond, Virginia home.
