“The purpose of AI is to amplify human ingenuity, not replace it.”
Satya Nadella (CEO Microsoft)

Artificial intelligence is no longer a future trend. It is a present-day workforce reality. From classrooms and boardrooms to startups and small businesses, AI is reshaping how work gets done, who gets hired, and what skills matter most.

This session at the Tom Tom Innovation Summit opens with two live AI demos from professors who are developing and teaching with cutting-edge AI systems, showing what today's tools can actually do in practice. From there, the session shifts to a candid conversation covering:

AI Literacy for All: What AI can and can't do today, and how individuals and organizations can start using it immediately.
Education and Business in Transition: How AI is changing the way we teach, learn, and operate, and what that means for students, professionals, and employers.
Upskilling and Preparation: What skills are becoming essential, how traditional roles are evolving, and what concrete steps people can take now to stay ahead.

Attendees will walk away with a clearer picture of what AI looks like in action, practical guidance for building AI into their own work, and concrete next steps for upskilling.
