Light House Studio and the Community Climate Collaborative (C3) present a selection of climate change films made by students in the 4th Annual Climate Film Challenge Screening.
Middle School and High School students develop their films through workshops held throughout the year. At the beginning of each workshop, C3 provides the students a crash-course on climate change, highlighting the main challenges facing the planet and what steps can be taken to fight the negative effects. Light House teachers then help students develop their film ideas and bring them to life. Students learn skills such as screenwriting, cinematography, and editing while discovering how to communicate an idea clearly and effectively through the medium of film.
